Overview

Consumer Litigation Counsel role, non-partnership track and full-time.
Focus on consumer litigation within the firm's Litigation/Labor & Employment practices.
Preference for single plaintiff litigation experience, particularly Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and other consumer litigation.
Minimum of 5 years of general litigation experience required.
Candidates should have top law firm experience or a combination of law firm and in-house roles.
Core responsibilities include managing high-volume single plaintiff consumer litigation cases, drafting motions and pleadings, negotiating settlements, handling court appearances, and preparing cases for trial.
Direct client contact and significant involvement in case strategy and management are expected.
The role does not require non-billable work, which supports a predictable schedule.
This is a remote position.
Ability to work from a local office may be available in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Maine, Missouri, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Wisconsin.
Requires strong work ethic, analytical and communication skills (verbal and written), and excellent academic credentials.
