Overview

Labor & Employment Associate position based in Los Angeles, CA (Century City or Downtown office).
Requires 4-7 years of dedicated labor and employment litigation experience.
Desired experience includes single-plaintiff matters, discrimination and wrongful discharge, wage-hour cases, or class and collective actions.
Role involves working on complex and challenging labor and employment litigation with increasing responsibility and minimal supervision.
Candidates must possess strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, along with excellent academic credentials.
Admission to the State Bar of California is required.
The firm provides comprehensive training programs, including mentoring, CLE initiatives, and hands-on learning with partners.
The firm operates with approximately 1,000 lawyers across 17 offices globally.
This is a hybrid work position.
Salary range is $305,000 to $360,000.
Additional compensation includes an annual merit increase and bonus pay.
