Overview

Associate Attorney position requiring 3-6 years of legal experience.
Primary practice focus on Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) matters.
Responsibilities include OSHA/MSHA compliance, enforcement, and related litigation, encompassing on-site inspections and agency interactions.
Experience with Environmental and Whistleblower defense matters is also required; environmental litigation experience is a plus.
Candidates should have increasingly responsible litigation experience, including depositions, discovery, and motion practice.
Join a national practice known for extensive trial and appellate litigation against Federal and State OSHA, and defense of workplace whistleblower claims.
Position is available in a US office, with Seattle, WA or Chicago being preferred locations.
Must be admitted to the State Bar for the chosen home office or be eligible to waive in.
Requires excellent academic credentials, strong analytical skills, and superior verbal and written communication abilities.
The salary range for the Seattle office is $260,000 to $350,000, plus eligibility for annual merit increases and bonus compensation.
Comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k).
This position operates under a hybrid work arrangement in Seattle, WA.
