Day-to-day work includes '33 and '34 Act matters, IPOs, Follow-On and other Equity Offerings, High-Yield and Investment Grade Debt Offerings, Private Placement Offerings, Corporate Governance, SEC Reporting Matters, and Exchange Listing Matters.
Associates are provided early and direct client exposure, taking on real responsibility and building client relationships from the start.
Experience advising issuers and underwriters on capital markets financings and ongoing governance/SEC reporting matters is required.
Candidates must demonstrate confidence managing day-to-day client relationships.
