About the Team

You would join the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice within Sidley's Palo Alto office. The team advises on executive compensation and employee benefit matters.

About the Role

This is an Associate position. The role involves working on executive compensation and employee benefits within the context of M&A deals, particularly private equity, and addressing public-company executive compensation issues.

In this role, you'll

  • Advise on executive compensation and employee benefit matters for M&A deals, with a focus on private equity transactions.
  • Handle public-company executive compensation issues.
  • Manage general executive compensation issues.

We're seeking someone with experience including

  • 3+ years of experience in the field.
  • Admission or eligibility to seek admission to the California bar.
