Overview

Associate position in the Energy & Infrastructure Finance practice.
Requires a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification debt finance experience.
Available in New York, Washington, DC, or Houston.
Focus on project finance and energy transition matters, including renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
Experience representing lenders, sponsors, and/or developers in structuring, negotiating, and documenting complex financing arrangements is essential.
Expertise in renewable energy projects and related tax credit structures is strongly preferred. Experience with syndicated or leveraged finance will be considered, but project finance is prioritized.
Must have experience managing transaction workflows, including real property, UCC, and security interest matters.
Responsibilities include supervising junior associates and managing client relationships.
Requires a strong academic record and admission or eligibility for admission to the bar in the chosen office's jurisdiction.
Target salary range is $310,000 - $445,000.
