Experience Level: Mid-level attorney from the Classes of 2020-2023.
Core Practice Focus: Lead and execute a broad range of Capital Markets and Securities transactions.
Deal Types: Handle traditional equity and debt offerings, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), follow-on equity offerings, block trades, "at the market" offerings, investment grade debt, high-yield debt, convertible debt, and private placements.
Complex Transactions: Structure and execute non-traditional capital markets transactions, such as tender offers, exchange offers, consent solicitations, rights offerings, spin-offs, recapitalizations, and restructurings.
Advisory Work: Provide counsel on general corporate and securities matters, including public disclosure and corporate governance.
Practice Recognition: Work within a Chambers USA Band 1-ranked California Capital Markets: Debt & Equity practice.
Compensation: Starting annual base salary ranges from $260,000 to $390,000, with actual salary determined by relevant experience and other job-related factors.
Bonus Eligibility: Eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
