Role based in Los Angeles, CA.
Seeking a senior-level attorney from the Class of 2020 or earlier (4+ years of post-qualification experience).
Focus on capital markets and securities transactions.
Experience required in equity offerings, including initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on offerings, public/private equity, and block trades.
Experience required in debt offerings, including high-yield, investment grade, convertible debt, and private placements.
Work on complex capital markets transactions such as tender offers, exchange offers, rights offerings, spin-offs, recapitalizations, and restructurings.
Advise clients on general corporate and securities matters, public disclosure requirements, and corporate governance.
Candidates open to relocating to Los Angeles are welcome.
Expected base salary range is $390,000 to $435,000 annually.
Position is eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
