Seeking a junior to mid-level Litigation Associate for the Chicago office.
Targeting candidates from the Class of 2024 – 2021.
Requires proven litigation experience, including discovery, brief writing, and pre-trial preparation.
Exposure to and interest in cybersecurity and data privacy matters is preferred.
Work involves complex litigation and white collar matters.
Specific litigation areas include securities litigation, class actions and MDLs, and commercial contractual disputes.
Additional litigation areas cover fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, merger-related litigation, and control disputes.
Engage with bankruptcy/restructuring-related issues and regulatory investigations.
Starting base salary ranges from $235,000 to $365,000 annually.
The position is eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
