Overview

The role requires broad experience working on a variety of public and private M&A transactions and the ability to work effectively as part of a deal team across practice areas.
High level of academic achievement and peer firm experience are preferred.
Qualified candidates should be admitted to practice law in California.
Skadden maintains a current hybrid work model consisting of working Monday through Thursday in the office, with attorneys also receiving the opportunity to work remotely for specified periods throughout the year.
