Corporate Transactional Associate (mid to senior level) opportunity based in Cincinnati, Cleveland, or Columbus.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of post-JD experience in corporate transactional matters at a law firm.
Must possess a JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to the Ohio Bar in good standing.
Handle complex transactional matters, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, debt finance, capital markets, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and securities offerings.
Core responsibilities involve advising clients on M&A and other corporate transactional matters, transaction management, due diligence, and assisting with client relationships.
Specific experience required in mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, auctions, carve-out transactions, joint ventures, and/or cross-border transactions.
Ability to draft purchase agreements, ancillary documents, and third-party legal opinions.
Coordinate domestic and cross-border transaction teams, manage due diligence, and negotiate transaction aspects.
Essential skills include strong analytical, verbal, and written communication, organizational abilities, and the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple matters simultaneously.
The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $320,000 annually, commensurate with skills and experience.
