Litigation Associate role with Squire Patton Boggs, based in their Denver office.
Requires 2-6 years of litigation experience, ideally from a top-tier firm or including a judicial clerkship.
Must possess a JD from an accredited law school, a strong academic record, and active admission to the Colorado Bar.
Core responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, legal research, arguing hearings, managing discovery (requests, responses, depositions), and assisting with trial preparations and trial.
More senior candidates should have substantial experience managing commercial lawsuits from start to finish.
Exceptional legal writing, research, and organizational skills are required, along with strong verbal communication abilities.
Experience with healthcare or managed care litigation is a plus, but not a requirement.
Prior courtroom and deposition experience is preferred.
The salary range for this position is $222,500 to $260,000 per year, dependent on skills and experience.
