Kate is the best. She is knowledgable and plugged in. She knows something about everyone and every firm. She is great at interview prep. But the best thing about working with Kate is the way that she treats not just her clients but people in general. I never felt like I was being pushed into a job just so that Kate could get paid. I felt like Kate was personally invested in me going to a place that was going to be a great fit. Her people skills are second to none. Big Law is tough enough to do without having to figure out how to look for another job. Kate makes it so you don't have to worry about any of that. Dale was a thoughtful and diligent recruiter. He listened to what I wanted and worked hard to find me the opportunities I was interested in, even when it was a tough sell on the other side. This was markedly different from other recruiters I had worked with who seemed more interested in selling me on the opportunities they needed to fill when it became clear that it was going to be hard to help me fulfill my goals.
