Overview

Litigation Associate position based in the Los Angeles office.
Focus on Consumer Litigation, primarily representing financial institution clients.
Targeting candidates with 3-4 years of post-bar litigation experience.
Required experience includes practice in California state and federal courts, as well as arbitration.
Preferred experience involves representing financial institutions or litigating claims under banking, privacy, or consumer protection laws.
Responsibilities include significant matter management and direct interaction with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
Must possess active California Bar membership, strong academic credentials, and excellent writing and analytical skills.
Anticipated base salary range: $260,000 - $310,000.
Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401K, profit-sharing, and paid time off.
