Overview

Staff Attorney role with Steptoe LLP, primarily focused on consumer financial services litigation and settlement.

Must possess a JD from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership in good standing.
Requires strong academic credentials, excellent writing, analytical, multitasking skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred experience includes JAMS/AAA arbitration, defending financial institutions against consumer protection, banking, or privacy claims, or bankruptcy court experience (including adversary proceedings).
Anticipated base salary range is $174,000 to $218,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
