This role is for an Experienced Associate within Sullivan & Cromwell's Intellectual Property & Technology Transactions group.
Candidates must have at least three years of post-qualification experience in IP and technology transactions.
Your prior experience should be from a law firm similar to Sullivan & Cromwell.
Your practice focus should be primarily on large companies, rather than early-stage businesses.
The firm prefers candidates with substantial experience handling the IP and technology elements of M&A transactions, particularly divestitures.
Significant experience with complex commercial agreements is also preferred.
A science or technical academic background is considered a plus.
Experience with commercial AI, including compute/digital infrastructure transactions and commercial partnerships, is also a plus.
