Overview

Associate position within the Privacy + Cyber practice group.
Requires 3 to 6 years of significant litigation and case management experience.
Core responsibilities include managing day-to-day case activities, leading fact investigations, researching legal issues, and developing litigation strategies.
Draft pleadings such as answers, motions to dismiss, and motions for summary judgment.
Conduct and defend depositions, and negotiate with opposing counsel.
Experience with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or other privacy-related statutes is beneficial.
Federal clerkship experience is preferred.
Ability to manage client relationships, handle smaller projects with limited supervision, and confidently assist with larger project workflows.
Candidates must possess strong academic and professional credentials, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Must be admitted and in good standing in the state where practice is desired.
Salary range: $260,000 - $350,000, dependent on relevant years of experience.
Flexible location, based in any of the firm's offices.
