Overview

  • **Role:** Mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate.
  • **Location:** Washington, D.C. office.
  • **Required Experience:** Minimum three years in a litigation practice, preferably within a law firm setting.
  • **Practice Focus:** Managing commercial disputes across diverse industries and legal subject matters.
  • **Core Skills - Litigation Management:** Proficient in managing litigation workflow, including deadlines, filings, and multiple workstreams.
  • **Core Skills - Drafting & Analysis:** Strong legal writing and analytical skills, with experience drafting motions, briefs, and written discovery.
  • **Core Skills - Courtroom/Complex Litigation:** Some experience with depositions and large-scale litigation.
  • **Bar Admission:** Must be admitted to and in good standing with the D.C. Bar.
  • **Education:** Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
  • **Compensation:** Salary range is $215,000 to $355,000 annually.
