Mid-level Corporate Associate position located in the Baltimore, MD office.
Requires 4-6 years of transactional legal experience.
Responsibilities include advising clients on corporate governance, securities transactions, corporate finance, and mergers & acquisitions.
Focus will be on Maryland corporation law as it relates to real estate investment trusts (REITs), investment companies, operating companies, and financial institutions.
Prior experience advising REITs on Maryland corporate law is preferred.
Experience with public company governance is also a preferred qualification.
Candidates must hold a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted to, and in good standing with, an applicable state bar.
The salary range for associate positions is $215,000 to $355,000.
