Overview

  • The role is for a Government Contracts Associate.
  • This position can be based in either the Washington, DC, or Tysons, VA office.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in government contracts and/or grants.
  • Required experience includes familiarity with FAR/DFARS requirements, Uniform Guidance, investigations related to government contracts/grants, False Claims Act actions, bid protests, and prime/subcontractor disputes.
  • Prior professional experience from a law firm, government agency, or judicial clerkship is expected.
  • Candidates must possess a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to and good standing with a relevant state bar is required.
  • Strong academic credentials are necessary for this role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • The salary range for this associate position is $215,000 to $355,000 annually.
