Seeking a Mid-level or Senior Finance Associate for the Houston office.
Requires 4 or more years of finance experience (J.D. class of 2022 or earlier).
Focus on complex and high-value financing transactions.
Represent commercial banks, private credit lenders, private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, and/or investors.
Experience with senior-secured, junior-secured, mezzanine, acquisition, and leveraged financings is required.
Handle reserve-based, project financings, securitizations, structured financings, and credit investments.
Prior experience with private credit, data center financing, and/or alternative capital transactions is a plus.
The role involves deep integration with the firm's energy, projects, and corporate practices.
