I worked with Alan while I was trying to change firms in late 2021. Alan was great about informing me of new opportunities in the DC market and helping me through the whole process of applying, interviewing, and accepting my new position. Alan was also always responsive with any questions and with helping to schedule my interviews. For those looking to switch out of the Delaware market, I would certainly recommend Alan since he has an understanding of the type of work that attorneys perform in Delaware.

My experience with Ren from start to finish was as smooth as it possibly could have been. I never had any doubts that I would find the right fit. Kate helped me find a new job even when I felt I was an under-qualified candidate. I was not hopeful at all I would find something I wanted or liked.
