Provide ongoing support to public company clients regarding SEC reporting and disclosure obligations, including periodic reports, proxy materials, and SEC comment responses.
Opportunity to work on capital markets–adjacent M&A, leveraged finance, and strategic transactions.
Key qualifications include strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills; familiarity with SEC reporting; commercial awareness; and the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently.
