This is a Junior Associate position within the Asset Finance practice, based in the Miami office.
Work involves asset finance matters for large-scale infrastructure and development projects across sectors such as energy, transportation, real estate, and public infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating credit facilities, syndicated loan agreements, credit insurance deals, equipment lease agreements, security documentation, and sale/purchase/maintenance agreements.
Participate in the creation of new structured finance products and guide transaction execution from document preparation through closing.
Ensure financial products and transactions comply with commercial and regulatory standards, collaborating with internal investment, risk, and compliance teams.
Required: Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience in aircraft finance and leasing.
Required: Juris Doctor (JD) degree (LLM or foreign equivalent accepted) and Florida Bar admission (or ability to become admitted).
Candidates must possess a strong academic record, commercial and business awareness, and excellent drafting, writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated project management skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure are essential.
Must be a proactive, resourceful, team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, professional presence, and sound judgment.
Fluency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
