Overview

  • Advise global brands on complex domestic and cross-border Securitization and structured finance transactions, including whole-business securitizations, rental car, fleet lease, and receivables facilities.
  • Requires a minimum of 1+ years of substantive transactional law firm experience, specifically advising on debt capital markets transactions.
  • Must possess a Juris Doctor (or LL.M./foreign equivalent) from an accredited law school and active New York Bar admission (or eligibility).
  • Directly structure, draft, and negotiate complex deal documents from inception to close, collaborating with partners, clients, and cross-functional specialists.
  • Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills are essential for successful execution of deal components.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, organization, and time-management abilities are required.
  • The role demands the ability to manage multiple priorities, perform under pressure, demonstrate commercial awareness, and maintain a client-service oriented, proactive, and collaborative approach.
  • The Securitization team is ranked Band 1 by Chambers USA and offers in-person mentorship.
  • The annual salary range for this position is $225,000 - $310,000.
