Overview

  • Serve as Manager, Professional Support, reporting to the Chief Innovation Officer.
  • Manage the delivery of Professional Support services across the firm's regional and global offices.
  • Provide in-depth specialist legal advice and support to legal teams, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Lead the development and implementation of new methodologies and innovative solutions for complex legal problems.
  • Analyze, interpret, and make actionable recommendations on intricate legal matters and challenges.
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape the strategic direction and contribute to initiatives within Professional Support.
  • Drive effective communication and foster collaboration and understanding across different teams.
  • Lead one or more teams of supervisors and/or professionals, managing operations within a designated area.
  • Act as a subject matter expert with advanced expertise in legal methodologies and processes, addressing atypical issues.
  • Requires strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, utilizing data for informed decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/certifications.
  • This is an exempt role, eligible for a performance bonus.
  • The New York base salary range is $164,000 - $266,500.
