Ed is an exceptional recruiter that really takes the time to understand his client’s goals and what they’re looking for in their next position. He not only helped me to secure my current role but was also a pleasure to work with. He is very responsive and always communicates with transparency and clarity, providing much needed insight into the current market, while grounding all discussions in realistic expectations. He was a constant source of support, and was tenacious and resourceful in securing exciting opportunities for me in niche practice areas. He took great care in every detail from resume crafting, to interview prep, to offer negotiation, and even through the conflicts and onboarding process, acting as a true partner in my lateral search.
