Overview

Candidates should have experience advising banks and other financial institutions, including fintechs, payment platforms and processors, and crypto companies, on a broad range of regulatory and compliance matters.
Specific knowledge is valued in areas such as federal banking laws (e.g., Bank Holding Company Act, National Bank Act), consumer protection laws (e.g., EFTA, TILA, FCRA), and anti-money laundering and economic sanctions laws (e.g., OFAC, FinCEN).
Experience advising clients on supervisory matters, transactions, regulatory and compliance advice, and/or enforcement matters is also valued.
The role operates under a hybrid work model.
