Overview

  • Candidates should have experience advising banks and other financial institutions, including fintechs, payment platforms and processors, and crypto companies, on a broad range of regulatory and compliance matters.
  • Specific knowledge is valued in areas such as federal banking laws (e.g., Bank Holding Company Act, National Bank Act), consumer protection laws (e.g., EFTA, TILA, FCRA), and anti-money laundering and economic sanctions laws (e.g., OFAC, FinCEN).
  • Experience advising clients on supervisory matters, transactions, regulatory and compliance advice, and/or enforcement matters is also valued.
  • The role operates under a hybrid work model.
