Associates will also handle the intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, financings, and other multidisciplinary transactions.
The role seeks self-motivated and entrepreneurial individuals with a strong interest in technology companies at all stages of growth, who enjoy training associates and working as part of a national team.
Candidates must have experience in intellectual property transactions and a strong career interest in intellectual property and commercial transactions.
A technical or science background is beneficial, and digital health experience is a plus.
