Overview

Mid-level Associate position in the Complex Commercial Litigation Group.
Requires a minimum of four years of post-JD general litigation experience.
Experience must be gained at a top-tier law firm or through a Federal Court judicial clerkship.
Responsible for coordinating matters through all phases of litigation (pleadings, motions, discovery, expert development, trial) in New York State and Federal courts.
Key responsibilities include managing discovery in large, high-stakes cases, taking and defending depositions, and drafting and arguing motions.
Candidates must possess strong writing, research, case management, organization, analytical, and verbal communication skills.
Excellent academic credentials are required.
The preferred office location is New York, but candidates for the Chicago office will also be considered.
Must be admitted to the state bar of your chosen office location.
