I knew that I wanted to use my maternity leave as an opportunity to explore my interest in lateraling to another firm. Working with Khurram made the job search process easy. He answered all my questions, prepped me for my interviews, and communicated with me through the entire process. At one point, I received a call back from a law firm that I did not believe would give me a call back due to me not attending a top law school. He not only coached me up but also fought for me to be classified with my law school graduation class year. I am so thankful our paths crossed. I would recommend him to any one I know.

Rebecca is a FANTASTIC recruiter, and I can't recommend her enough. Her knowledge of the market is outstanding, and she really "takes care of" you - she is incredibly responsive and supportive, and she instills confidence every step of the way. Even in a rough lateral market, Rebecca made it happen. She followed up with firms weekly and gave me daily/weekly updates, and she made sure to communicate my unique experience and resume to firms. Ed was absolutely fantastic. When I was strongly considering new employment, Ed reached out and explained a new opportunity to me. He provided great insight into the firm, was very responsive and courteous throughout the entire process, and really went to bat for me during the negotiations. Moreover, his prep for the multiple interviews was key to focusing on what the firm was looking for and really gave me an edge and comfortability going in to those meetings.
