Summer was very easy to work with. She was responsive, helpful, candid, and honest when it came to addressing my questions and concerns. She struck the perfect balance between providing her professional opinion while recognizing that the application process requires an individualized approach---i.e., she didn't try to make me into her other candidates, nor did she apply a "cookie cutter" approach to my application materials. I'd happily work with Summer again though hopefully I won't need to given our success in this most recent job search.
