I'm not sure that I have much to say about Priya that hasn't already been said. She's obviously incredible at her job and we have the choice of a seeming endless number of recruiters, so why Priya? This is going to sound hokey, but she genuinely cares about her candidates and structures her searches based upon what's best for the candidate, not for her. It's pretty clear she genuinely loves what she does and at the end of the day, all she really wants is for you to be happy with whatever decision you make, regardless of whether or not it benefits her. She'll basically guarantee that whatever position you're targeting, you're giving it your best shot, and there is no way you won't be overprepared. If you're looking to make a move, or even just have questions about the state of the market, look no further. Priya is an ace recruiter, but an even better person.

Priya is, without a doubt, the prime example of a recruiter that all attorneys should hope to work with. After meeting with a few others, I finally settled on working with Priya because her approach to the lateraling process is better than anything anyone else could provide. From the beginning of the process and all the way through the end, Priya was exceptionally communicative, transparent and honest. She kept an up-to-date Google sheet that showed me what positions were available, whether we had applied to them, and what (if any) updates she had. And as I continued applying and then began interviewing with my new firm, she sent me helpful packets that included information relating to the firm and the attorneys I'd be meeting with, and then would spend as much time as I needed to talk me through the approach I should take, questions I should keep in mind, etc. Because of her help, I was well-prepared for my screener and call-back interviews and quickly landed my perfect job. Given that I was looking to pivot to a different practice area in an entirely different market across the country (in the midst of the pandemic), I assumed that this would be a tough and drawn-out process.
