Warm intro’s. Recruiters who really know Weil.
Rhea is an amazing professional. She helped me find and obtain a very bespoke opportunity. From preparation to negotiation, she remained communicative and supportive throughout the process. She is incredibly transparent and has her candidate’s best interest always at heart; I never felt pressured to do or accept anything. I highly recommend working with Rhea. She is both a great professional resource and a great person to work with.

I had a fantastic experience working with Ren. He possesses extremely valuable insight into the legal market and has strong relationships with internal recruiting teams. Ren was consistently responsive, transparent, and proactive, keeping me informed and supporting me throughout an otherwise unpredictable process. Thanks to his guidance, I landed exactly the role I was hoping for at this stage of my career. I highly recommend Ren to any attorney considering a move!

Evan is a fantastic recruiter and was able to help me secure a lateral position quickly and efficiently. He has great knowledge of the lateral market and can help you accomplish your goals in a no-nonsense and straightforward manner, which I greatly appreciated. Any time I had a question about any part of the lateral recruiting process he was available via phone, text, and e-mail, which went a long way in helping me feel good about the whole process. If you are serious about lateraling or securing a new role in the legal market, I would highly recommend using Evan.
