Ed was referred to me by one of my close friends and I in turn have referred him to several of my friends. This is for good reason. Ed is an exceptional recruiter who was able to get me multiple interviews in a harder to break in to secondary market. And even though he was getting me interviews with firms, he was also supportive of my efforts to apply to firms independently. I am happy at the firm I am now at, which Ed got me an interview with, but if I ever want to make another career move I would not hesitate to reach out to Ed again.
