Ed was referred to me by one of my close friends and I in turn have referred him to several of my friends. This is for good reason. Ed is an exceptional recruiter who was able to get me multiple interviews in a harder to break in to secondary market. And even though he was getting me interviews with firms, he was also supportive of my efforts to apply to firms independently. Ed gave me candid, helpful advice on my prospects, but at no point did I feel like he was pushing me to a firm that would not be a good fit for me. I am happy at the firm I am now at, which Ed got me an interview with, but if I ever want to make another career move I would not hesitate to reach out to Ed again.
