Seeking Tax Associates from law school class years 2020 to 2023.
Experience required in strategic and private equity M&A transactions, capital markets (including spin-offs and IPOs), investment fund formation, and/or real estate (including REIT) matters.
Class-year appropriate understanding of technical tax law, including strong research and writing abilities.
Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to think creatively about complex and novel tax problems.
Excellent oral communication, strong interpersonal skills, and enthusiasm for direct client interaction.
Engagement in public speaking opportunities, including at national tax conferences, is expected.
Top academic credentials are required.
Expectation for active in-office collaboration and face-to-face interaction with colleagues.
Annual base salary ranges from $260,000 to $390,000, dependent on qualifications.
Discretionary, performance-based bonuses are also offered.
