Location: Orange County, California.
Role: Mid-level Litigation Associate.
Experience: 3-5 years of litigation experience in California state and federal courts.
Practice Areas: Support labor & employment litigation and business litigation.
Employment Litigation Experience: Includes single plaintiff, wage & hour class/representative actions, and employment advice/counsel.
Required Litigation Skills: Extensive experience with written discovery, e-discovery management, motion practice, and taking/defending depositions.
Qualifications: Strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and public speaking abilities.
Preferred Experience: Prior trial experience and/or previous experience at a large law firm.
Judicial Clerkship: Prior judicial clerk experience is a plus.
Base Salary Range: $260,000 - $365,000 annually.
