Overview

Associate position in the Commercial Disputes practice in Seattle.
Requires a JD from an accredited law school and active admission to the state bar.
Minimum 2-4 years of litigation experience, with a preference for commercial litigation.
Manage complex litigation matters from inception to resolution, including conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Develop and implement case strategies, prepare and argue motions and briefs in state and federal courts, and participate in trials.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding case developments and settlement negotiations.
Strong legal writing, analytical, strategic thinking, and advocacy skills are required; experience with e-discovery and litigation support tools is preferred.
Work closely with experienced lawyers, with active mentoring and opportunities for increasing responsibility and client contact.
Base compensation ranges from $220,000 to $290,000 annually.
