Work involves sponsor-side acquisitions, growth investments, portfolio company matters, strategic acquisitions and divestitures, and exit transactions.
The practice advises clients including global commingled funds, independent sponsors, and family offices, covering all aspects of the private equity market from fundraising and investment fund formation to direct investments, portfolio company management, and exits.
Candidates must have prior experience with acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and private equity transactions, ideally gained at a leading national or international law firm.
The position offers direct interaction with partners and clients in smaller, partner-led teams, providing meaningful responsibility from day one.
Requires the ability to provide efficient legal service both independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to integrating into a robust national corporate practice and building toward senior client-facing responsibility.
