Serve as a Litigation Knowledge Management and Innovation Associate Attorney, enhancing the Litigation group's use of knowledge resources, workflows, and AI tools.
Evaluate, test, and implement AI-enabled and other practice technologies relevant to litigation, including e-discovery, document review, case management, and analytics.
Design, document, and refine prompts, workflows, and playbooks for brief drafting, AI-assisted document review, and case assessment on approved AI platforms.
Curate, draft, and maintain model pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, case checklists, and litigation playbooks. Maintain internal knowledge repositories like brief banks and matter exemplars.
Develop and deliver trainings, demos, and quick-reference guides to onboard attorneys to approved litigation tools and AI platforms, and monitor usage.
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline litigation workflows, such as case management and discovery, through enhanced processes, templates, and technology.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to litigation attorneys and collaborate with IT, Research Services, E-Data Consulting, and Professional Development teams.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction are required.
Possess 3+ years of litigation experience or litigation-related knowledge management experience within a law firm or comparable setting.
Demonstrate a strong interest in and experience with legal technology and AI tools, specifically as applied to litigation, e-discovery, and document review. Strong communication skills are essential to translate complex concepts.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, document management systems (e.g., Relativity), AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot), and legal GPTs (e.g., Harvey) is preferred.
This is a hybrid position requiring 60% in-office presence. The salary range is $160,000 - $230,000, and the role is bonus eligible. Occasional travel is also required.
