Overview

Seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel for the Real Estate section.
Requires 8+ years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions.
Position is available in Los Angeles or New York.
Expect an in-office work schedule of approximately 60%.
The practice focuses on large-scale acquisition, disposition, joint venture, development, financing, and leasing transactions.
Deal types include multifamily, industrial, office, retail, sustainable energy, data center/digital infrastructure, and other commercial projects nationwide.
You will represent sophisticated owners, investors, operators, and developers as borrower/lender, buyer/seller, and landlord/tenant.
Key responsibility involves independently managing the full transaction lifecycle, including reviewing and commenting on loan documents, purchase agreements, and leases.
Must possess a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted or eligible for admission to the California or New York bar.
Strong written and verbal communication, professionalism, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential.
The base salary range for this role is $300,000 to $420,000, with bonus eligibility.
