Overview

  • Manage electronic document collections, including data searching, analysis using computer-assisted review technologies, and coordination with data custodians, vendors, and internal IT.
  • Assist with all aspects of discovery, including document review, Bates labeling, organizing productions within firm applications, and maintaining production logs.
  • Prepare and file state and federal court documents, including drafting, proofing, editing, cite-checking, Bluebooking, and creating tables of authority and tables of contents.
  • Handle subpoena preparation and service of process.
  • Manage case calendaring and track critical dates and information.
  • Provide extensive support for depositions and trial, including witness preparation, exhibit assembly and tracking, and overall trial logistics and presentation.
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of litigation paralegal experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required; familiarity with litigation support systems such as Case Notebook, Relativity, and Sanction is strongly desired.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple case responsibilities and trial preparation.
  • For California positions, candidates must meet specific requirements (e.g., ABA-approved paralegal certificate, or supervised law-related experience, or relevant law courses); a paralegal certificate is preferred for all locations.
  • This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in-office and 2 days remote weekly, based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Seattle.
  • The base salary ranges are: San Francisco ($81,640 - $130,585), Los Angeles ($78,500 - $125,600), and Seattle ($75,400 - $120,550).
  • Compensation also includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), parental leave, up to 20 vacation days, 9 holidays, and 2 personal days.
