Overview

  • This is an Entry-Level Paralegal role within the Litigation practice group, based in either Seattle or San Francisco.
  • Ideal for recent graduates considering law school, with a commitment to work at least two years before pursuing further education.
  • Support all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial or resolution, including document collection, review, and production.
  • Coordinate case documents and electronic discovery in collaboration with the eDiscovery Resource Management team.
  • Prepare for court filings and depositions by proofreading, cite-checking, and preparing exhibits, subpoenas, and summaries.
  • Conduct factual and legal research, track witnesses and evidence, and assist with trial preparation and logistics, including trial attendance.
  • Manage workflow, documents, and deadlines across multiple matters, develop proficiency with legal technology, and identify/help resolve operational issues.
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
  • Demonstrated skills in accountability, attention to detail, accuracy, managing multiple projects, and clear written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and flexibility to work overtime and travel as client needs dictate.
  • The annual salary range is $60,000-$70,000 in San Francisco and $55,000-$65,000 in Seattle.
