Overview

The role involves transactional tax experience across mergers & acquisitions, private investment funds, structured credit, real estate transactions and REITs, capital markets, financing and loan agreements, private equity-backed transactions, and international taxation.
Experience with securitization and/or asset-backed securities (ABS) is preferred.
Paul Hastings advises leading investment banks, asset managers, and corporations globally.
