Overview

This is for a Construction Litigation Associate Attorney position at Perkins Coie, LLP, based in their Seattle office.
The role supports a nationally recognized construction law practice, with core areas in counseling, dispute resolution, and contract drafting and negotiation.
Candidates must have 3-5 years of construction law or equivalent legal experience.
Required experience includes litigating various construction disputes, such as delay and disruption claims, payment disputes (mechanic's lien, bond, stop notice), and breach of contract.
The position also includes transactional work; experience preparing and negotiating construction contracts, change orders, and related agreements is beneficial.
Required qualifications include excellent academic credentials, strong references, and superb written and oral communication skills.
Active Washington Bar membership is mandatory.
Prior AmLaw 100 firm experience and a judicial clerkship are preferred.
The annual compensation range for this role is $260,000 to $365,000.
This is a hybrid work position.
