Associates provide support on tax compliance, unrelated business income, private inurement/benefit, intermediate sanctions, sophisticated executive compensation, governance, fundraising, and charitable giving issues.
The position offers direct work with partners and clients on sophisticated matters within healthcare, education, research, and other mission-driven sectors, with an equity partner track.
