Overview

This is a Lateral Associate opportunity within the Tax Group, open to candidates from the class of 2024-2021.
The primary office location is Washington D.C.; candidates interested in the Houston office may also be considered.
The role focuses on renewable energy tax matters.
Strong transactional tax experience is required.
Required experience includes advising developers and investors in renewable energy transactions.
This specifically includes expertise in tax equity investments and U.S. federal tax credits/benefits.
Preferred qualifications include high academic achievement and experience from a similar Tax practice at a peer firm.
Admission to practice law in Washington D.C. and/or Texas is required, depending on your office location.
The expected base salary ranges from $235,000 to $365,000 annually, determined by skills, experience, and other job-related factors.
This position is eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
