When Steven Weiler first reached out to me back in 2020, I was an associate at a small, well-regarded boutique hoping to break into the world of big law. He placed me unbelievably quickly at Faegre Drinker Biddle and Reath, where I doubled my salary overnight, developed highly marketable specialized skills in tech transactions, and met some of the kindest lawyers in existence across Minneapolis, Chicago, Philadelphia, New York, Denver, and LA. After three years at Faegre, though, I found myself missing the intimacy and productive energy of my close-knit boutique. Of course I called Steven, who assured me that finding such an environment in big law was not the pipe dream I feared it might be. Steven sought targeted opportunities just for me - top firms with tech transactions groups based in the DC area who actually show up to the office and interact with one another in person - and used his considerable professional networking and advocacy reserves to place me in the perfect position in Hogan Lovells' Tysons Corner office, where I am settling in as we speak. I have Steven to thank for my career happily-ever-after and I truly cannot recommend him enough!
