When you begin a career as an attorney, it is almost immediately that you begin getting contacted by recruiters. As a young attorney you are unsure how to navigate the idea of having a "career" and understanding what opportunities are out there for you. I am very fortunate to have worked with Dale on a recent transition. Dale began his process by understanding what my long and short-term career goals were. With this understanding, he went beyond the role of a recruiter and served also a career coach presenting me with a more holistic perspective on the roles I was looking for. Throughout the process, he constantly checked in to ensure that the process could go as smooth as it could be. At the end of the process, he served in neutrality as I made a decision, only reminding me of the career goals I had shared with him in the beginning. I could not recommend him more highly to guide you through your transitions.
